California Required Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors and Employees
These classes are mandated by the state of California, and are essential for most CA businesses. We have developed both on-site or on-line training programs in accordance with California SB 1343 & AB 1825 requirements. Classes are available in English and Spanish.
HR 101 for Managers & Supervisors
It has been said repeatedly that employees generally don’t leave jobs, they leave managers. In the majority of cases, poor management is simply the result inadequate pre-management training. The skills that are required for productive management are very different from the skills of an independent employee. We highly recommend yearly updates for managers, which help create a "Zero Tolerant" company harassment policy. Part of this course is the development of communication and team-building skills, which are the backbone of successful management.
Identifying Workplace Bias
Course for managers, supervisors, and employees, directly tackling workplace bias/discrimination issues. Attendees will properly improve Communication & Team-Building issues helping to create professionalism among co-workers.
